These terms apply to services provided by Rebel Exterior Cleaning across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs.
Quotes
All quotes are free and obligation-free. Pricing is confirmed before work begins, with no hidden charges. Any additional work identified on site is quoted and approved before proceeding.
Access
The customer agrees to provide safe access to the areas to be cleaned and to advise us of any hazards, access restrictions or fragile surfaces before work begins.
Results & Conditions
Cleaning results depend on the age and condition of surfaces. Older stains, corrosion and deep-set marks may not lift completely; we will advise of the likely result before starting.
Weather & Rescheduling
Exterior cleaning is weather dependent. Where conditions make work unsafe or ineffective, we will reschedule at the earliest suitable time at no charge.
